TechLaw provides analysis of environmental samples, both in our laboratories and in the field using a mobile lab. We have contracts in EPA Regions 1, 5, 8, and 10 to provide support for the Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT) programs in these regions, as well as other clients through buy-in contracts. Our analytical laboratory and client interface is critical; we provide support in performing critical reviews and laboratory management. Services include the following:

  • Preparation of quality assurance management and project plans
  • Data assessment and validation
  • Quality assurance auditing (NQA-1)
  • Laboratory audit support
  • Laboratory support coordination
  • Sampling preparation and analytical reports
  • CLP and special analytical services
As TechLaw personnel routinely interact with contract and vendor analytical laboratories in support of multiple private and government clients, we are well-versed in the most current regulatory requirements including CLP requirements and SW-846 Methods. Under several of TechLaw’s government contracts, we coordinate laboratory space for analytical services, perform laboratory audits for multiple analytical spectra/analysis, and ensure all deliverables are accurate and legally defensible.



Field Sampling & Plan Preparation                            More information

TechLaw provides comprehensive site investigation characterization and multimedia sampling services. We prepare and collect environmental and biological samples, and coordinate/manage the analytical data. Our personnel have successfully completed thousands of sampling, monitoring, and site characterization projects throughout the United States. They remain current with requirements and technological innovations, and use state-of-the-art tools to delineate the source, nature, and extent of environmental contaminants. We offer the following:

  • Proven ability to efficiently design and implement large-scale complex field sampling projects, both on-time and within budget.
  • Trained and OSHA/HazMat certified field scientists.
  • Specialists trained for environmental sampling and analysis of air, sediment, soil sampling, soil gas sampling, and groundwater monitoring.
  • Strict EPA protocol adherence, with compliant QA/QC and field log documentation.
  • Extensive field analytical capabilities and sample monitoring equipment.
