| Our risk assessment team has specialized expertise in the determination of risk-based remediation goals, risk data analysis, and risk management support. TechLaw has conducted human health and ecological risk assessments on hundreds of sites. Our highly regarded risk assessors have been selected by their peers and industry leaders to oversee review of EPA risk assessment guidance and to chair expert panels. On many occasions, TechLaw’s risk assessment work has eliminated the need for costly dig-and-haul type remediation, and maximized the options for beneficial site reuse. |
